i love when she puts the bow

i love when she puts the bow on the man's head and turns him around for everyone to see and laugh. I am surprised by how explicit she is about the values of fairness and whiteness. i love how she addresses 'the men' and herself in both the first and third person as 'I' and 'the dancer' are she and the waiter on the same team as laborers?
